What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?

I get up everyday and write down all the things that I’m grateful for. It’s helped me have a better mindset and helps me know that I have so many blessings in my life. So when I feel stressed those blessings are things in my life that I can control. I can’t control things in my life that spin out of control. Then I’m able to rest easy and tackle whatever is put in front of me.

  1. Every morning, I do the same thing as you do. I write in my journal all the things I am grateful for, from the minute I went to bed the night before and surely for God NOT forgetting to wake me up. We have a phrase in Filipino that connotes the same thing “Every Gising (waking up) is a Blessing. For indeed it is. I also put in my journal all the small and big wins that I had for each day, big and small miracles that may seem unnoticeable. But only when you start having that quiet time with HIM whether through journal writing or just staring into that newly planted potted plants you have on your terrace, it is through that moment that you’ll begin to notice all His blessings.
